General Information

What services do you offer?

We specialise in customised sofas, allowing you to choose from a variety of designs, fabrics, and configurations to perfectly fit your style and space. 

Where are your sofas manufactured?

Our sofas are manufactured in our boutique factory based in Foshan, China, a city renowned for great Cantonese food and high-quality furniture manufacturing. Find more about our company here.

Do you have a showroom where I can see the sofas?

We operate exclusively online and do not have a physical showroom. However, we offer free fabric swatches so you can see and feel the materials before making a decision. You can request swatches directly through our website.

Customisation

Can I customise the size and configuration of my sofa?

Absolutely! We offer the most comprehensive customisation solution thanks to our own boutique factory. From design, fabrics, colours, to dimensions. We aim to bring your dream sofa into reality! 

What customisation options are available for the fabric?

We recommend top-grain leather or cotton-linen blend fabrics which best fit the Singapore climate. If you have a special fabric in mind (e.g., full grain leather, berber fleece) we would be happy to cater to your needs as well. Because our factory is located in the world's most mature furniture manufacturing hub, there’s hardly any fabric that we would not be able to find for you. 

What colours are available for the fabric?              

We offer 13 standard colour options each for top-grain leather and cotton-linen blend fabric. If you have a unique colour that you want for your home, let us know and we will work to find it for you.

How long does it take to manufacture a customised sofa?

The manufacturing process for a customised sofa typically takes between 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the customisation and current order volume.

Ordering and Payment

How do I place an order for a customised sofa?

A dedicated representative will assigned to guide you through the entire process. We'll meticulously confirm all the details with you—length, fabric, colour, and seating options—before you make any payment.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, PayPal and PayNow.

Shipping and Delivery

Do you offer delivery services?

Yes, we offer free delivery services across Singapore. We use a third party logistics provider that handles all aspects of delivery, including unpacking, delivering, and assembling. 

Generally, condominiums and private apartments have strict curfews (i.e. no deliveries after 5 pm or on weekends). Please keep this into consideration before making arrangements.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery charges are free for all our products. However, an additional staircase fee of $20 per floor applies if an elevator is not available at the property. Further, additional transportation fees apply if the sofa cannot be delivered through the staircase and a crane truck is demanded. Please refer to our delivery guide for more information.

How long does delivery take once the sofa is manufactured?

Once your sofa is ready, it takes around 3-4 weeks for the sofa to be shipped from China by cargo. Once it arrives in Singapore, we will schedule the delivery date with you, which typically takes 3 to 5 business days.

Warranty and Refunds

Do your sofas come with a warranty?

Yes, all our sofas come with a 5-year structural warranty. 

What is your refund policy?

As all our sofas are customised and tailor made for each customer, we are unable to offer refunds on completed sofas. Partial refunds may be accorded subject to terms and conditions outlined in our refund policy.

What should I do if my sofa arrives damaged?

If your sofa arrives damaged, please contact our customer service within 48 hours. We seek to resolve these issues as quickly as possible (including but not limited to - arranging for repairs at no extra charge).

Maintenance and Care

How do I care for and maintain my sofa?

We recommend regular vacuuming and spot cleaning to maintain your sofa’s appearance. For fabric sofas, use a fabric cleaner suitable for your sofa’s material. Leather sofas should be cleaned with a leather cleaner and conditioner.
